Circuit Board from the DME in my '88 M3

These are the 3 connections of the ignition coil power transistor to the circuit board.
The view is from the underside of the board, with the outer case removed.

The solder at position 3 shows a circular break around the lead from the transistor.
A tweezers can produce movement you can see.

Carefully reheating the connection and adding a little bit of new solder will renew the joint.
There were many other joints that were visibly oxidized and pitted, though not broken, that were also refreshed.
This one solder joint provided endless anxiety about when and where the engine would quit or fail to start.
